This is bike is for sale as it is simply too big for me. The distance from bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube is 59cm and the top tube is 56cm.
In terms of upgrades the bike has had a new wheelset (27 1/4 size) and the tyres are not new but in good condition, i.e.no sidewall cracks etc.
The saddle is, again, not new but in good condition. The handlebar tape has been replaced from original as have the brake levers. The pedals are also recent generic type with toe clips.
Pretty much everything else is original components. Steel frame.
Condition:
Heavy use, scruffy but functional
